8 yoga push-ups

30 second bottom of front squat hold

5 one arm thrusters/each

 

2. Workout
Team of 2 "The Standard"
30 clean and jerks, 135/95
30 ring muscle-ups
30 snatches, 135/95
*Each team member must complete 30 reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Partners may work at the same time.

 

3. Cool-down
7:00

10 cal row

10 second samson stretch/each ;eg

 

4. Accessory
4 X 12 of 1.25 DB bench press

Work up to something heavy but you can still move the whole time.
