1. Warm-up
3 rounds

1:00 bike

10 ring kips

10 second bottom of ring dip hold
6 single arm KB sots press into 6 single arm OH squats (each side)

50 single-unders

 

2. Workout
3 rounds for time:
4 Snatch, 185/125
8 Muscle-up
120 Double-unders

 

3. Cool-down

7:00 EZ

8 cal row

8 squat thoracic rotations

 

4. Accessory
Work up to a heavy 10 rep DB bench press in 5 sets

On the 5th set perform a drop set of 10 at moderate weight then max reps at light weight.
