1. Warm-up
3 rounds
10 cal bike

10 scap pull-ups

30 second handstand hold

 

2. Workout
15 AMRAP
20 Cal Bike
100ft Handstand Walk

 

3. Cool-down
5:00 easy bike, run, or row
 

4. Accessory
4 sets
MAX effort supine ring row
*Rest 3:00 between sets
