Today’s workout is a partner workout. Feed off of each other and push each other. Don’t let the other ease on the gas pedal, but don’t leave the other in the dust. 

 

1. Warm-up
3 rounds

50 single-unders

10 supine ring rows

12 Empty barbell push-jerks (Focus on technique here)

 

2. Workout
Team of 2
20:00 AMRAP
300 double-unders
10 legless rope climbs
18 Push Jerks, 185/125

 

3. Cool-down
5:00 Easy pace

5 sumo inch-worms

10 lateral leg swings (each leg)

 

4. Accessory
4 sets

Bent over reverse flys x 12

*2 second eccentrics
