On this workout, I would like to see fast transitions and unbroken sets. The sets are small enough to be unbroken the whole time. Keeping your transitions fast and consistent will be the real challenge here.
1. Warm-up 3 rounds
8 sumo inch warms
5 suitcase deadlifts
7:00 AMRAP 30 double-unders 10 DB deadlifts, 50/35
3. Cool-down 5:00 easy run, row, or bike
4. Accessory 3 super-sets
10 dual dumbbell shoulder press
10 dual dumbbell bent-over row
