Todays workout will test your midline in all the right ways. Try to test your self on the handstand holds and be smooth on those toes to bars.

 

1. Warm-up
4 rounds

10 banded pull-aparts

10 bar kips

10 second hollow hold

 

2. Workout 

5 rounds for time of:

1-minute handstand hold

21 toes-to-bars

 

3. Cool-down

5:000 easy bike, run, or row

 

4. Accessory

4 sets

60m single arm farmer carry (Moderate-Heavy)

*each arm
