Todays workout is a good ole-fashioned squat and press combo. Keep a constant pace and be able to close hard at the end! This is a great workout to test both your weightlifting and gymnastics, and to see if you thrive or suffer in that environment of both.
20 walking lunges (weighted if possible)
10 yoga push-ups
15 air squats
10 second ring support hold
3 rounds for time: 15 Squat clean, 135/95 15 ring dips
5:00 easy row
Every 3:00 x 5
10 lateral box step-ups each leg
*Highest box height without compromising form
