Grab a partner!

Doing partner workouts is a great way to add some fun to your daily routine. It also gives you the chance to ramp up the intensity by going harder or longer on some movements than you usually would if you were tackling a workout by yourself. Plus its super fun to throw down with a buddy!



   Easy row, run, or bike


   10 goblet squats, while partner holds a plank

   15 sit-ups, while partner hangs from bar

   10 Alternating DB snatch, while partner holds a handstand


   Team of 2
   20 AMRAP
   50 wallball, 20/14
   40 GHD sit-ups
   30 DB snatch, 60/40


   Easy bike, run, or row


   Barbell Front Rack Bx-step up

   *moderate-heavy weight
