Nothing much to it than to do it folks. Todays workout should get pretty uncomfortable. You will probably have a mental battle a time or two, but you will survive. First, you must crush the workout the best you can.
Easy bike, run, or row
10 empty barbell thruster
10 up-down dogs
8 empty barbell thruster
8 up down dogs
all the way down to two and set up for the workout
5 Rounds for time: 15 Thrusters, 105/75 10 Bar facing burpee
Easy bike, run, or row 35:00-50:00
5x10 Dual Dumbbell Shoulder press
Get after it today everybody! Just gotta send it on this one today. Nothing fancy.
