Make time

This blog is her to make sure that you are getting the most out of your time. For that to happen, you first have to make time. Maintaining your health is very important and has to be taken care of. Maintaining your health isn't rocket science either, thank goodness. You just have to set aside the appropriate amount of time to put the appropriate amount of stress on your body. This is where I come in with the blog so you don't have to worry about it.

 

0:00-5:00

   Easy bike, run, or row

5:00-15:00

   10 samson walking lunge

   5 single arm ring row (each arm)

   10 up-down dogs

   5 DB Romanian Deadlifts (3 second hold at the bottom)

15:00-35:00

   20 AMRAP

   30 box step-ups

   20 supine ring rows

   10 DB burpee deadlift, 50/35

35:00-50:00

   Every 5:00x3

   10 single arm shoulder press each arm

   ***moderate-heavy weight

 

Make time. Thats a key tip for health as well as anything you make a priority in your life. If you don't make time for whatever it is that you want/need to do, than its not important to. Don't let that be your health.
