Todays workout should have you questioning if you'll be able to hold on to your phone long enough to tell your friend that you won't be coming into work because you think your grip is broken. All three of our movement today require you to use your grip. The whole workout will require your grip, so don't lose it halfway through.

 

0:00-5:00

   Easy bike, run, or row

5:00-15:00

   10 up-down dogs

   10 barbell deadlifts

   8 barbell clean and jerks

   6 ring rows

15:00-20:00

   Get set up for metcon
20:00-30:00

   10 AMRAP

   10 Deadlifts, 135/95

   5 Clean and Jerk, 135/95

   3 rope climbs

 30:00-35:00

    Easy bike, run, or row

35:00-50:00

    3x50m single arm farmer carry (each arm)

    ***Perform 15 second side plank between each set on each side

 

As if frying your grip wasn't bad enough, you gotta use it in the accessory! Oh well, the show must go on. Keep getting after it everybody!
