Todays workout has burpees and sit-ups. Really simple! Its a good workout to push the pace right out the gate because you'll never fail a burpee, trust me. Hold onto your pace as long as possible and hold on for the ride. This should be a good one.

 

0:00-5:00

   Easy bike, run, or row

5:00-15:00

   10 up-down dogs

   :30 second plank

   8 yoga push -ups

15:00-30:00

   7 rounds for time of:
   10 burpees
   20 sit-ups

30:00-35:00

   Easy bike, run, or row

35:00-50:00

   Single leg Deadlift

   5x3 (each leg)
