For Time "Deck of Cards" WOD Suit determines the exercise: Hearts = Push-Ups Diamonds = Sit-Ups Clubs = Air Squats Spades = Box jumps (24/20 in) Card value determines the number of reps (face cards = 10, Aces = 11). Jokers = 15 Burpees
There is no time frame for todays workout. Just set aside some time to do this and get after it! Once its all over, go and spend plenty of time with friends and family. Eat plenty of food and be thankful for what you have and have been given. Happy Thanksgiving!!
