Unilateral Pulling

Todays workout contains some unilateral pulling. Unilateral basically means working one arm or one leg at a time instead of both working as a unit. Todays tool we will be using to help with our unilateral work will be the kettle bell.

 

0:00-5:00

   Easy bike, run, or row

5:00-15:00

   8 light suitcase deadlifts

   8 scap push-ups

   8 squat jumps

   10 second bottom of dip position hold on the rings

15:00-27:00

   12 AMRAP
   20 Single arm KB cleans, 53/35
   7 Ring MU

27:00-35:00 

   Easy bike, run, or row

35:00-50:00

   As many sets as possible (for quality)

   3 heavy snatch grip deadlifts

   10 alternating bird dog

 

Have fun with this one today, and let me know what you think about the unilateral work and if we should do more. Tomorrow is thanksgiving! Go hard today so you can enjoy that turkey just a little bit more.
