Its Thanksgiving week this week! Its going to be a little difficult to train while traveling or even when your family is in town. However, you can always find time to train this week. Every week has the same amount time, and even better, the same amount of opportunity. So,its all up to you to take advantage of the opportunity.

 

0:00-5:00

   Easy bike, run, or row

5:00-15:00

   10 Single arm front squats with a KB (each arm)

   10 up-down dogs

   10 RDL

15:00-35:00

   5 rounds for time of:
   15 hang squat cleans, 135/95
   30 push-ups

35:00-40:00

   Easy bike, run, or row

40:00-50:00

   Every 2:00x5

   10 Bent over DB row
