Todays workout is a partner version of a hero workout. Make sure to remember the freedoms and liberties we are afforded everyday thanks to the sacrifices made by our armed forces. Some have even made the ultimate sacrifice so that we can live free.

 

0:00-5:00

   Easy bike, run, or row

5:00-15:00

   100m run

   10 scap pull-ups

   10 second ring support hold

   15 second handstand hold

15:00-45:00

   Team of 2
   Partner Run 1,200 meters
   Then, 8 rounds of:
   12 strict pull-ups
   9 strict dips
   6 strict handstand push-ups
   Then, partner run 1,200 meters
   *alternate movements

45:00-50:00

   Easy bike, run, or row
