   10 up-down dogs

   10 bar kips

15:00-30:00

   15 AMRAP
   50 air squats
   40 lunges

   30 Push-ups

   20 Pull-ups

   10 Burpees

30:00-35:00

   Easy bike, run, or row

35:00-45:00

   Every 2:00x5

   10 KB front squats
