You should love Mondays! Its a new week and you feel recharged from the weekend. This day allows you to set the tone for the whole rest of the week, and you have complete control of how you attack it. Don't let last week take control of this week. Let last week go and bring in the new week with the perspective of opportunity. You can change everything on a Monday.

   20 Second side plank (each side)

   20 second front plank

   20 second one bent follow hold
