   Easy bike, run, or row

5:00-15:00

   10 Empty bar thrusters

   25m Single arm overhead carry (each arm)

   5 Jumping air squats

15:00-35:00

   15-12-9
   Thruster, 135/95
   Burpee BJ, 30/24

35:00-40:00

   Easy bike, run, or row

40:00-50:00

   Every 2:00

   Max set of strict chest to bar pull-ups

 

Get after it today everybody! Have fun with the spicy workout and chase the pump bruh.
