Today we are going for the highest reps possible in one set. Have a number in mind, and try your best to reach past that number. Hold on for another rep and then ANOTHER. The point of this workout is to not stop trying until you absolutely cannot get another rep!
Easy bike, run, or row
8 Light single arm dumbbell shoulder press (each arm)
8 single arm ring rows (each arm)
20 second plank hold
20 second glute bridge
3 rounds of: Max reps of strict pull-ups Max reps of shoulder presses, 75 / 55 lb.
Max hallow body hold
Start a clock and begin an attempt at each exercise every 2 minutes.
East bike, row, or run
15 second ring support hold
30 second handtsand hold
20 banded good-mornings
