Todays workout is here to get the blood flowing and working on some aerobic capacity. The only movement that may give you trouble is the ring row, and thats okay. Do the best you can at staying moving the whole time of the workout. This is how you will get the best out of todays workout.
Easy bike, jog, or row
50 air squats
25 ring rows
I would recommend doing either Romwod or Movement Vault at some point during the day (everyday if you can). If you don't have either of these, GET THEM. They are worth the investment, trust me.
