Todays workout is a hero workout. So go hard. Our armed forces give so much for us, so its time to show our respect and gratitude for what they have done and continue to do for us. This is an all push workout so your chest and triceps will be blown up after this and during. Be ready to feel the discomfort of muscular fatigue on this one y'all!
Easy bike, run or row
10 up-down dogs
10 second handstand hold
10 second bottom of ring dip hold
10 cal bike
10 single arm ring row (each arm)
10 banded face pulls
10 seated hammer curl
Accessory work is to help out those pulling muscles that weren't touched at all today in the workout. Gott keep those shoulders balanced. Go crush the day everybody!
