Lunge Away Your Troubles

  Todays workout should have your legs feeling nice and spicy. You'll also get a pretty nice pump from the DB cleans, so make sure to have your phones ready for post workout pics with the squad! Do your best to stay unbroken and break when you need to on your toes to bar and cleans. This workout may surprise your forearms....so don't be surprised!

   Easy bike, row, run

5:00-15:00

   10 Walking lunge w/twist

   10 single arm DB clean (light)

   10 Bar kips

   10 hollow rocks

15:00-35:00

   3 rounds

   20 DB Cleans, 50/35

   50ft  Front Rack Lunge

   20 TTB

   50ft Front Rack Lunge

35:00-50:00

   Every 5:00 perform

   8 single leg deadlifts (each leg)

   *heavy, but maintaining balance and neutral spine
