Its a partner WOD y'all! Grab a buddy and throw down together in todays metcon. Today's metcon is designed for two partners and has you alternating exercises. Do your best to stay unbroken as long as you can on this one. One of the benefits of having a partner is having a little bit of a longer rest, allowing you to go harder and maintain bigger sets on these movements. So don't be afraid to start off a lil hot and see if you can hold on. Lets test ourselves today!
